What is the height restriction for the parking facilities, and are interconnecting rooms available?

The onsite parking has a height limit of 1.8 meters, which accommodates SUVs but not large 4WDs. Offsite parking at 2.05 meters is also available nearby. Interconnecting rooms are not offered. Are there laundry facilities in the apartments or services provided?
